項(xiàng)目介紹:
項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容將介紹現(xiàn)代分析化學(xué)中的儀器分析,并以紫外吸收可見光譜、熒光探針傳感器為例,介紹化合物及分子的定量精密檢測技術(shù)。除此之外還包括單分子檢測技術(shù)、熒光光譜應(yīng)用、非標(biāo)記檢測技術(shù)等。 學(xué)生將通過項(xiàng)目了解多種現(xiàn)代分析儀器的類型和運(yùn)作機(jī)制,掌握儀器分析的原理、方法和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束時(shí)提交項(xiàng)目報(bào)告,進(jìn)行成果展示。? 個(gè)性化研究課題參考:紫外可見光譜分析的水質(zhì)監(jiān)測技術(shù)、有機(jī)小分子熒光探針對生物酶的檢測等 The content of the project is to introduce the instrument analysis in modern analytical chemistry, and to introduce the quantitative and precise detection technology of compounds and molecules by taking ultraviolet absorption visible spectrum and fluorescent probe sensor as an example. In addition, it also includes single molecule detection technology, fluorescence spectrum application, unlabeled detection technology and so on. Through the project, students will understand the types and operation mechanisms of a variety of modern analytical instruments, master the principles, methods and application fields of instrument analysis, and submit a project report at the end of the project to demonstrate the results.
