項目內容主要圍繞醫(yī)學檢驗與分析,并以紫外吸收可見光譜、熒光探針傳感器、PCR技術、ELISA酶聯(lián)免疫抗原檢測法等技術為例,介紹生物大分子、DNA、化合物的定量精密檢測技術。學生將通過項目了解多種醫(yī)學檢驗方法、設備和手段的類型和運作機制,掌握分析的原理、方法和應用領域,在項目結束時提交項目報告,進行成果展示。? 個性化研究課題參考:酶聯(lián)免疫法與膠體金法在新冠抗原檢測中的應用、重金屬酶聯(lián)免疫吸附快速檢測方法研究、紫外可見光譜分析的水質監(jiān)測技術、有機小分子熒光探針對生物酶的檢測等 The project mainly focuses on medical examination and analysis, and introduces the quantitative and precise detection technology of biological macromolecules, DNA and compounds by taking ultraviolet absorption and visible spectrum, fluorescent probe sensor, PCR technology, ELISA immunoantigen detection method and other technologies as examples. Through the project, students will understand the types and operating mechanisms of various medical testing methods, equipment and means, master the principles, methods and application fields of analysis, and submit the project report at the end of the project to display the results.
