有個歐洲人上來一艘愛琴海aegen sea reserach ship船，經(jīng)常穿梭于兩個海域之間，他做了一個極長無比的網(wǎng)子，從海上撈魚，更具他多年的經(jīng)驗，根據(jù)撈起來的魚的種類判斷，海里的動物分成為8層，漁網(wǎng)來捕撈海底的生物。他做了1300英尺深的探索，發(fā)現(xiàn)下面的水中生物分為了8層，并且斷定在1800尺下面沒有生物了，這個說法太可笑了，而且很多人當時竟然都相信。
接下里說還有一個更可笑的說法，有兩人一個人說海底全是冰，并下面不會有動物。他們愚昧的忽視了冰的密度比水小，會浮在水面上，還有個人說海底下面試密度很大的壓縮水，導致動物不能生存，繼續(xù)愚昧，其實水在自然狀態(tài)下是不會被壓縮的。
然后說前兩種都是胡說，其實有個人，Sir John Ross早在第 一 個人之前就整理了水底是有動物的，不是什么8層冰層的問題，他在1818年就已經(jīng)從更深的地方捕到過海洋生物。他也做過一個實驗，在另一個海搜索，其實已經(jīng)比第一個人他說的更深了。
最后說為什么第一個人的實驗錯了：第 一個原因是愛琴海是比較特殊的海底生物比較少的海，第二忽視了海底的魚比較小的問題，那個人的漁網(wǎng)太大而且有洞，海底的魚都跑了。海底水壓大，魚都長得比較扁，他做的漁網(wǎng)網(wǎng)眼太大了，魚都跑沒了。

3.第一段說有個美國小城干旱缺水，一般城內(nèi)使用水利設施采水，城外自己打井，水源來自附近雪山：
第二段說久而久之由于global warming，山上的積雪變少，原本山上有個湖，以前水很多，現(xiàn)在所剩不多了;
第三段說農(nóng)民完全依賴于灌溉系統(tǒng)。但是水分配不是按照比例來的，而是按照一個絕對的水量數(shù)值，但是這個數(shù)值是某個雨水豐富的年份采集的，在多數(shù)年份都根本不夠分;
第四段：說山上水少了，就可能產(chǎn)生沖突，分水的原則是按先來后到，但是先來的農(nóng)民都在下游，這些農(nóng)民取了水，后來的農(nóng)民住在上游，反而就更沒有法采水了，結果上游農(nóng)民急眼了，就會截流，下游農(nóng)民就可以起訴，搞得雞飛狗跳。
